Your daily routine here is simple: rinse off under the outdoor hot/cold shower after a morning in the waves, relax with a cold drink on the expansive, sun-drenched deck, and repeat it all tomorrow. Floodlit with all-day sun, the contemporary open-plan spaces offer the perfect low-maintenance backdrop for families or friends looking to unwind in style.
The heart of the home is the bright living area, featuring timber flooring and large sliding doors that invite the coastal breeze. Comfortable sofas offer a relaxing spot to unwind, while the adjacent kitchen is equipped and ready to whip up a delicious shared meal. A sunny dining alcove with window seating provides an inviting space for meals, reading and evening board games.
A second living room can be closed off with sliding partitions, offering a quiet retreat with a wall-mounted television. This design is excellent for families, allowing children to enjoy their own television space while adults converse in the main lounge. Sleeping arrangements are spread across three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite, a comfortable second double room, and a dedicated kids’ room fitted with two sets of bunk beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a central island and gas cooktop, plumbed fridge, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso. An adjacent dining alcove features built-in window seating.
Bedrooms
The property has three bedrooms to comfortably accommodate your group. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and a private ensuite. A second bedroom has a double bed, while the third room is fitted with two sets of bunk beds.

Two tiled bathrooms service the home. Each bathroom features a timber vanity, mirror, and glass shower.

House Rules
Welcome to our family holiday home. To keep the property in top shape for everyone, we ask that you please:
– Respect the fully fenced front lawn and garden area.
– Wipe down the BBQ after use.
– Use the custom outdoor hot and cold shower to rinse off sand after a day at the beach and hang your beach towels on the hooks or clothesline provided before entering the bach.
– No parties, no smoking inside, and please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM out of respect for our neighbours.
Please follow these checkout instructions when departing:
– Please leave the property tidy.
– Ensure all dishes are clean and put away.
– All rubbish must be placed into the bins at the rear of the property.
– Please place used linen and towels in a pile in the living room or hall.
-Ensure windows and doors are locked

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 30 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 30 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
