This family-friendly property sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms, making it an ideal destination for families. The flexible sleeping arrangements easily accommodate your group. The bedrooms feature neat quilts, wooden furniture, and access to the outdoor areas. A clean bathroom serves the home, while large windows invite sunlight inside.

The property features three comfortable bedrooms sleeping up to eight guests across five beds. One room includes a bunk setup ideal for families, while others offer direct access to the outdoor areas.

There is one tidy bathroom servicing the bach, complete with a vanity, toilet, and shower over the bath. Large windows look out towards a green backdrop, creating a bright space to wash off the salt after a day at the beach. Fresh towels are provided for your stay.

Tidy and Respectful
We love our peaceful coastal neighborhood, so please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. No parties, events, or additional unregistered guests are permitted.
Beach Care
Te Henga is a wild and beautiful spot. Please use the outdoor shower area to wash off the black sand before heading inside to keep the bach clean and comfortable for everyone.
Safety and Smoking
This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property, both inside and on the timber decks. Please ensure the fire hearth is supervised if used, and that all doors and windows are locked when you are away exploring the beach.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 30 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 30 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
