The upper level boasts a light-filled open-plan living area, featuring comfortable lounge seating and a modern kitchen with a large island bench. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a large fridge, dishwasher and a oven/cooktop, making group catering easy.
Accommodation is generously spread across five bedrooms. The master and secondary bedrooms offer inviting queen size and double beds, while additional rooms feature versatile sleeping arrangements, including twin single beds and a dedicated smaller study space with a single bed and work desk. The full bathroom upstairs is set up with convenience in mind with a glass shower, toilet and vanity. A second seperate toilet is convenient for guests downstairs, with another shower in the laundry area. There’s also a very comfy King size sofa bed in the downstairs lounge, if more bedding is required.

Five bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests comfortably. The configuration includes: UPSTAIRS 1 Master with 1 x queen bed, and a quiet study featuring a single bed and work desk. Carpeted floors and sliding doors opening to the balcony / deck complete the upper Master bedroom and lounge.
DOWNSTAIRS: 1 x Queen bedroom, 1 x Double bedroom, 1 x twin room with two singles, and a pullout Sofa King size in the living area.
Bathrooms
The main bathroom features tidy tiling, a glass corner shower, and a wide vanity mirror. A second separate toilet downstairs adds convenience for larger groups. A utility shower is also located in the downstairs laundry area. And a hot outdoor shower also helps rinse off the beach.

House Rules
No parties allowed, and we request noise is kept to a minimum between 11pm- 7am to be respectful of our neighbours. No smoking inside please, and bins are loacted around the side of the house by the outdoor shower. There is General waste, Recycling and Glass bins seperately.
The whole house is available for use, other than things stored in our locked shed and cupboard in downstairs bedroom. Please note there is a shared driveway, but plenty of space for 3 cars to park. And parking on road for larger vehicles/boats.
House is alarmed, so please notify us when vacating so we can remotely set security.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 30 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 30 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
