House Rules
The Barn & Bivvy is drug free and safe. It is randomly tested after stays and any offenders details are passed on to the Police. Any costs of repairs will be charged to the offending guest.
No events or parties allowed.
No pets.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted.
Cooking of spicy or highly aromatic foods is not permitted inside the home.
We are a smoke free home. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside any of the buildings or on the property.
Please keep all farm gates closed.
Safety Features
Smoke alarms are located throughout the Barn and Bivvy.
Fire extinguishers are located in the kitchen and laundry.
The property has an external security camera.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
