The heart of the home is a light-filled living area featuring high beamed ceilings and timber-look flooring. Cook meals in the modern kitchen, fully equipped with quality appliances and ample storage. Share dinners together at the adjacent dining table, or unwind in the inviting lounge, where plush sofas and soft carpets create a warm space to watch your favourite show.
Step outside through wide sliding doors to the sheltered concrete patio, an exceptional spot for entertaining. The ouvred pergola provides adjustable shade over the outdoor dining set, while retractable privacy screens allow you to control the breeze and seclusion. Fire up the barbecue for an easy dinner and enjoy the privacy this property boasts.
With four separate bedrooms, the house can accommodates up to eight guests. Three bedrooms feature queen beds, including a master room with direct sliding door access to the outside. The fourth bedroom is fitted with two single beds. Two pristine bathrooms service the home, one of which includes a practical laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
When you are ready to explore, a short five-minute drive brings you straight to the local surf club and vibrant town centre. Spend your days playing golf, walking through the nearby parks, or exploring the playground at Island View Reserve. Whether you are seeking an active surf holiday or a quiet escape by the estuary, this immaculate home provides the perfect base for your next Coastal adventure.

Kitchen & Dining
A fully equipped kitchen features sleek white cabinetry, quality appliances, and a central island breakfast bar. Share family meals at the indoor dining table which seats six, or transition seamlessly to the outdoor dining area. We have thought of everything, a home away from home.
Bedrooms
3 Queen size rooms and 1 with 2 singles, double wardrobes with shelving or there are sets of drawers available.
The rooms are spacious and clean, bedding is always laundered and freshly made. There is a window in each bedroom, the main room has a sliding door. All rooms have tasteful curtains and bed side table/s. There is a television in two of the four rooms equipped with streaming apps.
Bathrooms
The home features two pristine bathrooms designed for easy coastal living. One bathroom (ensuite) includes a modern vanity and toilet, while the other boasts a shower, toilet, basin and conveniently integrates a laundry zone equipped with a laundry sink, washing machine and dryer.
Outdoor Areas
Step outside to a spacious concrete patio designed for relaxed entertaining. A modern louvred pergola provides adjustable shade over the outdoor dining set, while retractable screens offer privacy from the breeze. A barbecue is ready for classic summer cookouts.

Unwind in the living area with a flat-screen TV for easy viewing with capacity for streaming apps. You will need your own netflix log in details. Two of the bedrooms also feature their own wall-mounted televisions, making it easy for everyone to watch their favourite shows. Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property to keep you connected.

Perfect for beach lovers, this modern haven places you just a short 10-minute stroll from the green open spaces of Island View Reserve and its popular Island View Reserve Playground. When you are ready to feel the sand between your toes, the stunning shores of Whangamata Beach are only a quick 5-minute drive away, while the local fairways of the Whangamata Golf Club await just a couple of minutes down the road. After a day of coastal adventure, you can easily head into the heart of town to visit the Whangamata Information Centre, located just a 4-minute drive from your front door, to plan your next Coromandel excursion.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 7 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
