Sleeping up to nine guests across four well-appointed bedrooms, the accommodation caters easily to larger families or groups. Room configurations include a king bed in the master suite, a queen in the other, then single beds, and bunks in the other rooms. Upon check out please ensure all windows and doors are closed properly
Ensure all lights and heated towel rails are switched off
If the outdoor fire has been used, ensure all embers are completely extinguished.
Please leave all used beds unmade so we can easily identify which ones need fresh linen.
Place used towels on the laundry bench.
Place all dishes in dishwasher and turn on.
Put all rubbish and recycling into the appropriate bins around the side of the house.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
