On the upper level, you will find a spacious kitchen equipped with modern appliances, dishwasher, and counter space for easy meal preparation. The upper floor also accommodates a separate toilet, laundry facilities, and the master bedroom.

The home includes one bathroom with shower cubicle situated on the upper floor for convenience. A separate toilet is located right alongside to ease morning routines for groups. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach

Our street is quiet and family oriented and we encourage guests to respect this environment.
No smoking/vaping within the property. All smoking related waste to be safely disposed of by guests.
Property is not fenced so not suitable for dogs who require containment. Dogs are not to be left unattended on the property. All waste is shovelled into the gardens. We discourage use of plastic dogpoop bags
Ensure towel rail and appliances are switched off if not in use
Deck awning must be retracted in high wind conditions
BBQ to be cleaned after use
Tank water restrictions apply so boat and car washing not permitted
Safety Features
KWest complies with basic safety requirements for a rental property. There are basic first aid products, candles, torches, matches in the top kitchen cupboards.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
