The adjacent kitchen makes entertaining simple with its large central island, wooden breakfast bar, and gas cooktop. A dedicated window over the sink looks out directly to the sea, allowing you to enjoy the water views while preparing dinner. Just off the main living spaces, the lounge provides a quiet spot to watch television, while the games room off the kitchen features a full-sized pool / billiard table and TV for evening entertainment.
Outdoor living is exceptional at Dolphin Vista. Step out onto the expansive wooden deck equipped with a dining tables and sun umbrella, to sit overlooking the coast. A distinctive rustic BBQ hut provides a sheltered, dedicated spot to grill fresh seafood or outdoor meals while soaking in the garden atmosphere.
Accommodation is spread across four comfortable, light-filled bedrooms designed to take full advantage of the surrounding environment. Magnificent master quarters offer elevated views of the ocean through large picture windows, vaulted timber ceilings, and a private ensuite. Additional bedrooms feature peaceful garden outlooks and comfortable furnishings, complemented by the 2 ensuites a full bathroom and 2 separate toilets across the house.
The laundry facilities are shared with any guests staying in the Dolphin Cove Unit. There are additional fridges and freezers available too in the laundry area, just off the games room.
Ideally positioned near Dolphin Bay, the property offers easy access to local walking tracks and coastal walkways. Enjoy short drives to nearby Whangaumu Bay Reserve and Tutukaka Marina for boat charters or diving excursions Tutukaka village also has petrol, basic food supplies, a cafe and restaurants.
Golf enthusiasts will also love being just a 5-minute drive from the scenic greens of the Ngunguru Golf Course. There is also a cafe, takeaways and a convenience store in Ngunguru, making this an ideal home base for your next seaside holiday.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
