Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, you’ll find plenty of space to spread out, and ample parking, with room for your boat.
It makes it easy to enjoy all the adventures the bay has to offer.
It’s a 5 minute drive into the shops & walking distance to the stone store, and the Plough and Feather for fine dining or a beer garden pizza.
Kitchen & Dining
A full kitchen is available. It is well equipped with everything you need.
There is a cook top, oven, dishwasher, full fridge freezer.
I keep some pantry staples on site and am happy to share them as I know how handy it is to have a few spices and bits to favour up your meals when travelling.
Bedrooms
3 bedrooms.
Master bedroom has a super king bed, with a medium to firm bed.
Middle bedroom has a Queen sized bed, with a medium to firm mattress.
The single bedroom has a king single bed, with a medium mattress.
Bathrooms
1 bathroom with a good sized shower and vanity.
There is a separate toilet.
Outdoor Areas
There is a lovely deck to enjoy a coffee or beer.
There is patio area with a large BBQ, that also has a wok burner for those that want some hot gas cooking.
Entertainment
There is a smart TV. You will need to log in with your own subscriptions.
Nearby
The stone store is 15 mins walk or a 2 min drive. From there you can do multiple walks, including the rainbow falls.
Charlies rock, another waterfall with a massive fresh water swimming hole is 10 mins walk from the house.
There are many historical sites and walks within 30 mins drive.
Paihia is 25 mins drive where you can do boat cruises or a helicopter ride to destinations like the hole in the rock, Roberton Island (voted NZ #1 boating destination) or Urupukapuka Bay where you can enjoy walks or a beer tower on the island.
House Rules
The home is in a quiet family neighbourhood, if you can keep the noise levels down after 10pm.
Inside the house is smoke free. You can smoke outside.

When you check out ensure your dishes are done.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 7 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
