Accommodation near Tarawera Ultra-Trail by UTMB

Race weekends work better from a place of your own. Early starts are simpler with your own kitchen, there is room to sort gear the night before, and supporters have somewhere comfortable to wait between checkpoints.

Rotorua sits on the southern shore of Lake Rotorua, inside a caldera where geysers and hot mud pools steam at Whakarewarewa. Apartments near the lakefront and houses across the city give a group room to settle in, with the other lakes of the district close by.
