Welcome to your home away from home. This modern two-bedroom home offers a bright and comfortable base for couples, families, or small groups seeking a peaceful stay in Titahi Bay. Set in a friendly neighbourhood, the house combines easy living with fantastic proximity to the beach and local amenities.
Our two-double bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to four guests with one king bed and one double bed. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with streaming apps, heat pump and air conditioning for year-round comfort, and a washing machine for longer stays.
Step outside onto the sunny deck, fire up the BBQ, and enjoy laid-back afternoons after a big beach day.
Situated just a five-minute walk from Tītahi Bay Beach, local parks, and coastal tracks, the home is ideally located for coastal walks, swimming, or surfing. A short stroll brings you to the local dairy, neighbourhood shops, and popular local eateries, while central Porirua and public transport links are just a brief drive away.
You’ll have a private driveway with space for two cars. The home is kid-friendly and set in a relaxed, family-friendly neighbourhood full of outdoor activities for surfers, walkers, and beach adventurers.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including an oven, cooktop, microwave, and fridge-freezer. Meal prep is easy on the dark benchtop, which doubles as a breakfast bar with three wooden stools.
Bedrooms
The home features two bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to four guests. One room offers a king bed with a tufted headboard, while the second bedroom includes a double bed and storage drawers. Both carpeted rooms are finished with bedside tables and reading lamps for a restful stay.
Bathrooms
The single bathroom is bright and modern. It comes fitted with a glass shower enclosure, a vanity with a mirror, a toilet, and a heated towel rail. Fresh towels are supplied for your stay.
Outdoor Areas
Step outside onto a wooden deck equipped with a picnic table and sun umbrella. A lawn area borders the house, offering space to relax after returning from the beach. Guests also have access to a barbecue and private off-street parking on the driveway.

Unwind in the open-plan lounge on the spacious corner couch or green beanbag. A wall-mounted Smart TV lets you stream your favourite shows using our Wi-Fi. We also have board games and books for you to enjoy.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
