Spacious 4 bedroom home with amazing views of the mountain. Next door to the mountain bike, walking and horse riding trails. Annual Pirongia Craft Market, cafe and four square five minutes away. Great Fieldays accomodation.
The space
Spacious 4 bedroom house on lifestyle block. Epic uninterrupted views of Mount Pirongia and Hamilton. Sit by the infinity pool and watch the Kereru and Tui fly by.
The huge open living space is great for groups. Concrete floors and bench tops offset by timber ceilings. Bathrooms feature concrete showers and bath with wood slats and double copper rain shower heads. Indoor wood fire and ducted heat pump to each room. Covered outdoor area is great in the winter with blinds and outdoor fire with cooking grill . Gas BBQ and woodfired pizza oven (the 4square often has handmade ready to cook pizzas). Huge infinity pool with large shallow area for the kids. Gas/woodfired hot tub along with firepit area. High end coffee machine. Set up is kid friendly (high chair, portacot available). Free wifi. Smart TV with Netflix and Sky in living room. TV with chromecast in master bedroom. Bedroom 2 can either be 2 single beds or a super king (please let us know if you would like the super king option). Plenty of parking
This is a rural family home – the advantages of this are that it is fully stocked with condiments and utensils for baking and cooking. There are games and toys. You can collect your own eggs and pat the horses. The disadvantages are that it is a couple of kms up a winding road. It’s not a manicured hotel and there are more bugs and flies than in the city. The pool is not heated
Horses and dogs ok by prior arrangement.

Plenty of parking. Home is private and off the road.
Other things to note
Linen is provided. Basic pantry items and condiments included.
Dogs by arrangement – they must be in crate or kennel when not supervised. Not allowed on furniture or beds. Dogs must be on a lead when outside the section.
Mountain bikes, horse paddocks, covered yards and wash down available by prior request
Kitchen & Dining
Large kitchen and scullery. Cooker has a grill, and 2 small ovens and gas top, double door fridge plus bar fridge, coffee machine, air fryer, multicooker, sodastream. Large dining table and kitchen island seating.

Bed 1 – Master (king bed) with ensuite
Bed 2 – 2x single beds or put together make a king bed
Bed 3 – 2x single beds
Bed 4 – King bed

Two bathrooms:
Ensuite in master with double shower, toilet and bath
Main bathroom with shower and toilet

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 60 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 60 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
