There are no pets allowed, noise is limited to 79db for short periods.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted inside the lodge.
Children must be 13 yrs or older.
The lead guest must be at least 25 yrs old.
Max 8 guests.
Checkout is 10am and strictly enforced.
Quiet hours are 10pm – 7am.
Commercial photography is not allowed.
Safety Features
Each room features a smoke alarm. There are noise monitoring devices at the lodge to detect a party or event, to alert the owner to a breach of contract. These devices don’t record the noise. There are security cameras on the driveway and on the outside of the lodge to protect the property from abuse, these are not on the lake side
Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
