House Rules
An additional fee of $20 will be required for any damaged, permanently stained, or missing items specifically bedding, towels, and tv remotes. Missing t-towels are $5, bath mats and hand towels $10. If by chance it is the lamps that go missing these are $80 each. Any smoking or vaping is to be kept outside down the driveway. Only paid guests may stay and no parties are allowed. There is no charging electric vehicles allowed. There is an extra guest fee to cover the setup and use of the extra single bed. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, please be mindful of closure of doors and overly load music.

An integrated smoke alarm is located in the bedroom area, please do not tamper with this as it is linked to upstairs. Please also vacate the building should it go off unless otherwise specified by your host.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 3 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 3 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
