It is an ideal haven for travellers seeking an accommodating option only 12 minutes from the Taupo township. Simple continental breakfast, milk, tea & coffee is provided.
Inside, the studio is crafted for warmth and comfort. With woollen carpet throughout the central space, the windows and ranch slider entry are double-glazed providing insulation against the elements. The sleeping area centres around a King bed featuring a padded headboard, sensitively-washed bedding, and a woollen-inner duvet. Beside the window, a dining table offers a sunlit spot to enjoy morning coffee while gazing out over the grounds, and a dedicated desk takes advantage of strong Starlink internet and reliable mobile coverage.
Every design detail inside the studio is arranged thoughtfully with quality amenities supplied for guests. The compact kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and sink for preparing light meals. A single plug-in induction hob and small frying pan can be found in the cupboard. The adjacent bathroom is spacious, with underfloor heated tiles, a modern vanity, and a glass shower.
Outside, the property caters effortlessly to guests travelling with all types of vehicles. The gravel driveway and parking area provides ample space for oversized trailers or floats. Your hosts specialise in welcoming motorsport and equestrian enthusiasts, as well as accommodating dogs or horses by prior arrangement; so do feel welcome to “bring your passions” when you stay with us.

A single plug-in induction hob and small frying pan can be found in the cupboard. For meals, a round dining table sits adjacent to the window, providing comfortable indoor seating for two. Third chair from the desk can also be used. Tea, coffee, milo etc milk , cereal & bread & spreads are provided for a continental breakfast.
Bedrooms
This self-contained studio features one spacious bedroom integrated into its open-plan design. The sleeping area includes a King bed fitted with padded headboard and comfortable bedding to ensure a peaceful nights sleep. Double-glazed windows overlook the surrounding gardens, allowing you to wake up to quiet country views.
Bathrooms
The modern bathroom with corner mirror vanity is generous in size, featuring classic tiled floors and a glass shower. Towel rack, and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.
Outdoor Areas
The property is surrounded by sprawling green lawns, mature trees, and peaceful rural paddocks. A spacious gravel driveway offers ample room to park large vehicles, trailers, or recreational gear securely. The gazebo has a BBQ, table and seating.

A wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV is positioned in the studio, perfect for catching up on your favourite shows after a day of exploring Netflix & YouTube guest accounts are provided. Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 7 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
