Positioned in a quiet neighbourhood on Tui Street, this home is ideal for couples, friends or families seeking a relaxing escape. The scenic shores of Lake Taupō are just a short 350-metre stroll away, allowing you to easily access the waterfront.
The interior features a spacious lounge equipped with seating, a gas fire for cooler evenings, and a smart TV. A bookshelf stocked with board games and classic novels offers entertainment after a long day of sightseeing. Sliding doors lead from the dining area directly onto a sunny patio, where a Weber barbecue and outdoor dining set await. A secondary sofa in the dining room provides an additional spot to relax with a book.
Meal preparation is simple in the functional kitchen, which features white cabinetry and modern cooking appliances. A single dishdrawer dishwasher makes cleaning up after dinner a quick task. To keep the indoor temperature pleasant, a heat pump is installed in the dining area, complementing the double-glazed windows throughout the dwelling.
Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to six guests across three bedrooms. One bedroom offers a queen bed with ensuite, another provides a queen bed, and the third contains two king single beds. Every bed is prepared with fresh cotton linen, warm duvets, and two pillows per person. Individual heaters are placed in each room to ensure a restful night, while two bathrooms service the property to streamline morning routines.

Three comfortable bedrooms easily accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom features a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Another bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third room is fitted with two king single beds, perfect for children.

The dwelling features two bathrooms to service your family. This includes a main bathroom with a glass shower and vanity, alongside a separate toilet room for added convenience. Fresh towels are provided for every guest.

House Rules
We really like our neighbours, and we’d like it to stay that way so if things are getting a bit noisy then please bring it inside and keep it down after 10pm. No parties. If you’d like to smoke, there’s a tin bucket outside. We’re not fenced so our bach, is not suitable for pets. 6 guests maximum, including children and babies.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
