Located behind the College Street shops, you’re less than a one-minute walk to a café, bakery, sushi shop, dairy, Liquorland and a $2 shop. A pharmacy, library and veterinary clinic are also nearby, with Palmerston North city centre just a 5-minute drive away.

We appreciate that this may seem strict, but these measures have been introduced following previous issues with unauthorised guests. Thank you for your understanding.
To help keep pricing fair, bedrooms are opened according to the number of guests booked. Any excess bedrooms may be locked unless arranged in advance.
For security and insurance purposes, exterior security cameras monitor the entrances and driveway areas only.

Accurately reflect the number of guests. Extra guests cost an extra fee per night.
Failure to reflect correct number, or clean up afterwards, or damage to property will be taken from the security deposit.
No motorhomes, caravans, tiny homes or tents etc. allowed on the property without prior approval.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 30 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 30 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
