Under no circumstances are your own cooking implements or appliances to be brought into the apartment as this can void our insurance cover.
No smoking or vaping inside the unit however this is permitted outside with windows/external doors closed
No lit candles – we provide battery ones for your use
No extra visitors/guests
No pets or young children as we are not fenced
