Please note that two friendly dogs live on the property and may say hello during your stay. With dedicated parking right outside, your rural escape is ready to welcome you.

House Rules
Our guests are welcome to go anywhere on the property, visit our pet kune kune pigs they are great fun to feed. See if you can spot the native Weka and Pukeko in the shrubs or Tui in the trees as you take a walk around the 10 acres (4 hectares) of garden and farm land!
We have a NO party policy at this cottage. We ask that noise levels outside and music inside are kept to a minimum after 10:00pm.
Please keep the gates onto the property closed to keep pets and livestock safe

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 3 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 3 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
