It features a comfortable sofa bed gas fireplace and a large wall-mounted television

House Rules
There is no rubbish collection at the Resort. Please take all rubbish with you. It can be take to the Waste Collection Facility which is on the road to Pauanui township. There is currently a $5 charge per bag for general waste disposal.
As the property has unfenced access to the golf course and lakes on the grounds, adults should closely supervise children while outside.
Guests cannot walk on the golf course paths unless playing golf due to restrictions by the Lakes Resort.
All guests have access to the Lakes Resort Sports Complex, including pool and tennis courts. The Sports Complex is a 5 minute walk from the Villa. Please note, the gym is only for people 16 years or over.
The heated pool is unavailable between Anzac weekend and Labour Weekend.
Strictly NO pets allowed.
This is a Gated community. Very safe for your children to run and play provided they stay off the golf course.

Safety Features
Gated community so very safe and secure. Very little traffic. House is fitted with smoke alarms, Fire extinguisher (under kitchen sink), and First Aid kit.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests are not eligible for a refund at any time after booking, regardless of when the cancellation is made. This includes the 3% bank payment fee.
