Please be respectful to neighboring properties, no excessive loud noise.
No smoking in house or deck area and please dispose of all your own ciggy butts safely.
Leave used towels in the bathroom, do all your own dirty dishes before you go and load dishwasher and switch it on when leaving.
Put bags of rubbish and recycling in the bins provided.
Lock all the doors, shut the windows then put keys back in lockbox when leaving.
