Our Slice of Heaven
Our home away from home, in the heart of the Porangahau Beach Village, is perfect for all occasions. The white sand beach is just a stroll away, ideal for all water activities and fishing, the 9 hole golf course is over the road, with the river close by. The township has all the amenities you need: Dairy, Takeaways, Coffee Cart, Petrol, Pub & Meals at the Country Club on Friday. Our house sleeps 15 – 3x bedrooms + bunk room – 9 beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 fold out bed.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is very well equipped, you’ll find most things you need for baking, frying, air frying, roasting, boiling and general catering. We have a 6 burner BBQ with hood, oven, microwave and slow cooker.

Master Bedroom – King Size Bed with sofa and TV/Apple TV
Bedroom Two – Queen Size Bed
Bedroom Three – Queen Size Bed + Sing Bunks
Bunk Room – 2 Bunk Sets, one with a Double bottom, Sofa Bed
Fold out bed can be set up in Bedroom Two or Bunk Room – Spare mattress is on top bunk in bunk room. Linen not provided for Sofa Bed or Fold out Bed, Sleeping bags are best.

Full bathroom with Shower, Bath and Toilet, down stairs.

Outdoor Areas
The house has multiple outdoor areas, three decks, all equipped with furniture, to allow larger groups to spread out and enjoy some quiet time. The large front lawn can securely accommodate your boat, jetski or cars, or simply provide an extra area to sprawl out, maybe playing a few outdoor games, which we provide.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
House Rules
NO SMOKING
Please do not smoke in the house. If you are smoking on the property, we would appreciate any butts being thoughtfully disposed of and not thrown on the grounds.
PETS
Pets are not permitted, unless by prior arrangement. If you have brought a pet with you, we’d appreciate you making us aware.
FISH FILLETING
If you have been fortunate enough to catch some fish, we would appreciate you using the fish filleting bench at the rear of the property and ensure you remove all waste when you leave.
OCCUPANCY
We would appreciate you honouring your booking and not having additional guests without advising us. If your group number has changed, we’d appreciate you making us aware.
PARTIES
We understand you are here to relax and enjoy yourselves and hope you have a great time. Please be mindful of our neighbours, who are both permanent residents and holiday makers; please keep music within reasonable levels and off by a reasonable time. No large parties are permitted.
Entertainment
We have a 60″ TV in the living room and a 40″ TV in the master bedroom, both have an Apple TV, to allow you to log in to your favourite streaming apps ie. Netflix.
