House Rules
No smoking or vaping allowed, no pets allowed, we have a no parties policy. Noise to be kept to a minimum – Tanners Point is a quiet relaxed community. Minimum age 25 for primary renter, who must be an occupant for the entire stay. Our property is not fenced, so young children must be supervised at all times when outside. On checking out please load and start the dishwasher, remove all personal items, make sure umbrellas are down, place recycling items in the receptacle provided, check that all windows are latched, remove leftover food and drinks, make sure all lights are turned off, check that all doors are locked and return the key to the lock-box.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 7 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
