Moana Tides features four bedrooms. The configuration includes one king room, two queen rooms and a twin room containing two single beds. One of the upstairs rooms enjoy sliding doors opening directly onto a private balcony with sweeping ocean views.

The home provides two bathrooms. Both spaces feature glass showers, floating vanities, and clean finishes. One bathroom includes a bathtub for relaxing after a day at the beach.

House Rules
Quiet Times: We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this is a holiday destination, it’s home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum.
Strictly no parties of any kind.
Breakages: We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything, please let us know immediately – if it’s minor we usually won’t charge. If it’s a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
Smoking: This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping.
Pets: We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic, please respect that.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
