The interior features a three-room layout designed for easy living. Large windows and a sliding door bring the outdoors inside, creating an airy atmosphere.
The open-plan living area includes a comfortable lounge and a four-place dining table. A cosy sleeping nook in this main space that features two single beds—making it excellent for children or extra guests. The separate bathroom is conveniently located off the main living space, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.
A well-equipped kitchenette provides everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. It features a modern espresso machine, a grey countertop, a microwave, and a full-sized refrigerator. The kitchen space also conveniently includes a washing machine, perfect for longer stays.
The master bedroom serves as a restful haven, featuring a double bed made up with fresh linens. From the bedroom window, you wake up to harbour views framed by forest. A dresser provides plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe.
Step outside onto the timber deck to enjoy the sea air. This outdoor area includes a private kitchen featuring a gas BBQ, electric hobs and outdoor furniture—perfect for a morning coffee.
From here, a rustic path leads directly through the forest down to the secluded shoreline. In just a couple of minutes, the trail takes you directly to the foreshore. Spend your afternoons exploring the beach or simply relaxing on the green lawn.
Kitchen & Dining
The indoor kitchenette includes a modern espresso machine, refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. Share meals at the indoor four-place dining table. The outdoor deck also features a private kitchen area with a gas BBQ and electric hobs (all cooking must be done in this area). The apartment is fully equipped with pots and pans.
Bedrooms
The apartment features one master bedroom and an additional sleeping nook in the main living space. The master bedroom contains a Queen bed, a storage dresser, and beautiful harbour views. Two single beds in the open-plan lounge area provide extra sleeping options for families.

There is one separate bathroom available to guests. This private space provides essential convenience during your seaside stay.
Outdoor Areas
A covered timber patio offers comfortable wicker seating with views over the private lawn. The apartment is part of our semi-rural beachfront seaside property and is nestled within the private citrus grove. A rustic pathway takes you down to the quiet beach in just a few minutes. This is a secluded public beach.

Stay connected with free Wi-Fi throughout your stay. We offer a flat-screen TV and classic New Zealand DVDs. The open-plan living room and nearby sandy shoreline offer great spots to relax. Loan Kayaks available when the conditions are right.

If you’re keen to explore further, a scenic ten-minute drive will take you to the DOC track leading to the historic Motukiore Island or the lush, community-led Wai-a-Ariki Food Forest— both offering a unique taste of Northland’s rich heritage and environment. We are perfectly located to take advantage of the hiking tracks of the Whangarei Heads and the surf of Oceans Beach.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 3 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 3 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
