You don’t have to travel far to experience the beauty of the area. These spots are all within a short walk or a couple of minutes’ drive from your front door.
Coopers Beach: Just a 10-minute stroll away, this beautiful stretch of golden sand is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, paddleboarding, or simply taking a relaxing walk at sunset. It’s incredibly safe and family-friendly.
Taumarumaru Recreation Reserve: Located at the western end of Coopers Beach, this scenic reserve is a must-do. Follow the walking track through native bush, explore the historic pā (fortified village) site, and be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views over Doubtless Bay.
Cable Bay: Your immediate neighbourhood, Cable Bay is a picturesque and sheltered cove. It’s a lovely spot for a quiet swim or to watch the boats bobbing in the bay.
Rangikapiti Pā Historic Reserve: Perched on the headland between Coopers Beach and Mangōnui, this is a must-do walk.

House Rules
Primary Guest & Age Requirement To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbours and ensure our home is a good fit for all, we have a minimum age requirement. The primary guest who makes the booking must be over the age of 30 and must be staying at the property for the entire reservation period. This policy is strictly enforced.
Quiet Hours We kindly ask that you observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. While enjoying the deck late into the evening is to be expected (and encouraged!), please bring conversations inside and lower music after 11:00 PM to avoid disturbing those around you.

Guests may cancel their booking up to 60 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 60 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
