If you manage your properties in Hostaway, putting them on Bookably used to mean building every listing again by hand. Not anymore. Today we are introducing our Hostaway integration: connect your account, choose your properties, and they arrive on Bookably with calendars, bookings and messages kept in sync automatically, both ways.
Your properties, imported in minutes
Open the Host Assistant, choose Import from Hostaway, and connect your account with an API key. You will see every listing in your Hostaway account, and you choose which ones to bring across. Each one arrives as a draft with its photos, facts, amenities and pricing already in place. The Host Assistant drafts the extras Bookably guests love, like room stories and nearby highlights, and you confirm a few details Hostaway does not hold, such as your GST status and cancellation policy. Then you publish.
Never double-booked
Calendars and bookings stay in step in both directions. A booking or block in Hostaway closes those dates on Bookably within moments, and a booking made on Bookably appears in your Hostaway dashboard like any other reservation, clearly marked as coming from Bookably and already paid. Guest messages from Bookably bookings land in your Hostaway inbox, so you reply from the one place you already work.
Hostaway stays in charge of your content
Your titles, descriptions, photos and prices come across exactly as you wrote them, and Hostaway remains the place you manage them. Bookably never writes to your Hostaway listings, and a re-sync never overwrites the content you have polished. The integration adds a sales channel; it does not add another system to maintain.
The same deal as every Bookably listing
Every booking your imported properties take on Bookably carries zero commission and no guest service fees. The price you set is the price guests pay, and the revenue is yours. Each listing is covered by one small annual Plan that only applies once the listing has started earning. For a property manager with a portfolio, that arithmetic is the whole point.
