You can close your Bookably account at any time. This applies whether you signed up on bookably.nz or in the Bookably Hosts app, and whether you are a host or a guest.
Requesting deletion
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 14 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile (name, email address and phone number), your listings and their photos, your messages, and any devices registered for notifications.
What we keep
Records of completed bookings, payments and tax invoices are kept for 7 years, as New Zealand law requires. They stay confidential and are used for nothing else.
