How does Bookably work?
Bookably makes listing your holiday rental simple. Create an account, set up payouts via Stripe, complete your property details, and submit your listing. Once approved, you’re ready to receive instant bookings.
What is the “Host Pricing Discount Commitment” on Bookably?
The Host Pricing Discount Commitment simply means your Bookably base nightly rate must sit below your lowest public rate elsewhere—10 % lower on Guest Magnet, 7 % on Balanced Partner, and 5 % on Margin Shield. You set that discounted price yourself (we never touch it), the rule applies only to the nightly rate—not to cleaning or other extras—and with zero host commission and no guest service fee, you still collect the full booking amount while travellers get your best deal.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are processed securely through Stripe Connect. Once a guest checks out, the funds are transferred directly to your Stripe account.
Does it cost anything to list my property?
Bookably is commited to being fair to hosts, so we provide a no-cost listing package. All of our poackages come with 0% booking comission and 0% service fee.
What happens after I submit my listing?
Our team reviews each listing to ensure quality and accuracy. Once approved, your property will go live and be available for bookings. This process typically takes 24 hours.
Can I edit my listing later?
Yes, you can update your listing details, pricing, and availability anytime through your account dashboard.
