Getting in and parking
Park in the driveway, there is room for two cars. The lockbox is on the wall to the right of the front door, code 4827. The side gate stays unlocked during your stay, just pull it to behind you.

A light-filled, architecturally designed villa a few minutes from Long Bay on Auckland's North Shore. Floor-to-ceiling windows draw the outside in, and the living spaces open straight onto the deck, the private pool and the garden. Inside you'll find generous, comfortable rooms and a well-equipped kitchen made for long, unhurried meals. Outside, the pool and deck are the heart of the place, with plenty of room to swim, lounge and dine in the sun. When you feel like exploring, Long Bay beach, the coastal walkways and the cafes of Browns Bay and Torbay are all close at hand.

Good to know
- Pool: open from 8am to 9pm. Towels are in the cabana, please keep little ones supervised.
- Heating and cooling: use the wall remote in the lounge, press Mode to switch.
- Hot water: instant gas, so it runs continuously. No need to rush.
- Coffee: the machine and a few pods are on the kitchen bench.
- Rubbish and recycling: bins are beside the carport. Collection is Thursday morning.
House rules
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, and pets are not permitted. Parties and loud noise must be avoided after 10:00 PM to respect the neighbors. Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy as per the booking details and follow the designated check-in and check-out times. Pool safety must be observed at all times, with children requiring supervision. The villa should be kept clean, and any damages must be reported immediately.

Safety and emergency
In an emergency call 111 for fire, ambulance or police, then let us know.
- Smoke alarms are fitted in the bedrooms and hallway. Please don't cover or remove them.
- First-aid kit is in the main bathroom cabinet.
- Fire extinguisher and fire blanket are in the kitchen.
- Water and power shut-offs are in the garage. Ask us if you're unsure.
- Pool: keep the gate latched at all times and never leave children unattended near the water. The deck can be slippery when wet.
- Getting out: the front door and the living-area sliders both open onto level ground.

- Strip used beds and leave the linen in the basket
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Put rubbish and recycling in the bins outside
- Close all windows and doors
- Lock up and return the key
