We’re conveniently located close to town, where you can explore great shopping, restaurants, and cafés. Just around the corner is the iconic Two Mile Bay Sailing Centre, known for its fantastic pizza, craft beer, and live music right on the water.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

This bright, modern kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features generous bench space, sleek dark cabinetry, and a full range of appliances including a cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, and a large fridge-freezer. Bedroom 1
Wake up to lake views in this bright and inviting master bedroom. A large sliding glass door opens directly onto the deck, allowing natural light to pour in and giving you easy access to outdoor seating. The room features a comfortable bed with crisp linens, a set of blackout curtains for a restful sleep, and ample storage including a charming dresser. A TV is also provided for relaxed evening unwinding.
Bedroom 2
This serene second bedroom offers a cosy, restful atmosphere with clean white tones and soft natural light. The comfortable bed is dressed in fresh linens and complemented by soft pillows and bedside lighting. A window frames views of the outdoor deck area, while the minimal, modern décor creates a peaceful space perfect for a good night’s sleep.
Bathrooms
This modern, spotless bathroom features a glass-enclosed corner shower with an adjustable handheld showerhead and built-in shelving for your toiletries. Fresh towels are provided on the heated towel rack. Bright lighting and minimalist white finishes make the space feel open, fresh, and inviting—perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay.
There is also a separate second toilet and wash basin.

Located in the peaceful lakeside community of Two Mile Bay, our place offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Just a short stroll from the water’s edge, you’ll enjoy easy access to Lake Taupō’s calm swimming spots, scenic walking paths, and grassy reserves ideal for picnics or a quiet morning coffee outdoors. The area is known for its relaxed, friendly atmosphere and stunning lake views, making it a favourite for both couples and families.
Guests love being close to the Two Mile Bay Sailing Club — a vibrant over-the-water café and bar serving wood-fired pizzas, great coffee, and sunset drinks with unmatched views. In the warmer months you can rent kayaks, paddleboards, or small sailboats right from the club, or simply sit back and enjoy the lakeside vibe.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 3 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 3 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
