The highlight of the residence is the sweeping deck overlooking the bay, especially safe for the little ones as access is only from indoors. Fully setup for outdoor dining, it features a large table, covered louvre gazebo, and a high-top breakfast table ideal for morning coffee with a sea breeze. Large glass sliding doors seamlessly connect the indoor living areas to the deck, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow for sunny afternoons.
Inside, the home offers a flexible layout sleeping up to 11 guests across four well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom opens directly onto a private deck with sea vistas, complete with a comfortable king bed and soft decor. Additional sleeping quarters include a queen room, single over double bunk room and a versatile kid-friendly bedroom equipped with bunk beds, a small fold out couch, and stock of board games, toys and art supplies for family entertainment.
Two bathrooms ensure smooth morning routines for large groups, including one equipped with a bath and separate shower along with modern vanity units and complimentary toiletries. Warm wooden floors run throughout the home, complemented by standing fans to keep bedrooms fresh during warm summer nights.

Supermarkets, local cafes, and essential services are just a five-minute drive away, while nearby Taipa Beach and historic Mangonui offer classic Kiwi dining and coastal walks right at your doorstep.
Kitchen & Dining
A fully equipped kitchen provides everything required for larger groups/families including two fridges, oven, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso coffee capsule machine and multiple small appliances. Guests can dine inside on the family sized dining table or outside with multiple seating options for all.
Bedrooms
Four comfortable bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 11 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed, tv, and sliding glass door leading to a private deck with sea views. Additional rooms include a queen bedroom with tv, a single-over-double bunk room, and a family friendly room fitted with bunk beds, a fold-out sofa, tv and standing fans for airflow. There are two floor mattresses also available.
Bathrooms
Two bathrooms serve the home, designed for easy group routines. The main bathroom features a bath tub alongside a separate corner shower, modern vanity unit, and toilet. The second bathroom (ensuite) includes a glass corner shower, vanity and toilet. Complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your convenience.
Outdoor Areas
An expansive deck provides panoramic ocean views across Cable Bay, complete with an undercover louvre gazebo for sun protection. Guests can relax at the large outdoor dining table, high-top breakfast bar, or picnic table. Indoor access keeps the deck safe and secure for young children.

A television is set up in the master suite, queen room and children’s room while free Wi-Fi throughout the home ensures easy streaming and connectivity. – Cigarettes and vaping ok OUTSIDE ONLY – please discard butts thoughtfully
– Remove shoes in the house
– Please leave house clean and tidy as you found it by following the few departure instructions listed on the fridge
– Departure by 11am at the latest and text host when leaving

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 30 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 30 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
