We are in the perfect location to explore the Abel Tasman National Park, and a great stop if you are doing the Tasman Taste Trail. Fully-furnished and tastefully decorated with two bedrooms consisting of one queen bed and a separate mezzanine with two single beds, sleeping up to 4 guests, and one bathroom. With a smart TV, unlimited high-speed broadband interne, a well equipped kitchen with, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster you will feel instantly at home. Close to Tasman Village which is a peaceful rural settlement perfectly positioned halfway between Motueka and Māpua, about a 15-minute drive from each. It is an ideal holiday base for travelers wanting to explore the Nelson/Tasman region while avoiding the busier tourist hubs
House Rules
The garden is not for guest use, please respect the owners privacy.
Quiet Times: We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this is a holiday destination, it’s home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum. Strictly no parties.
Breakages: We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything, please let us know immediately – if it’s minor we usually won’t charge. If it’s a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
Smoking: This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping.
Pets: We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic, please respect that.
No access Areas: There is a locked cupboard

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
