4 Bedrooms. King bed plus single in the main room. The other 3 rooms have a queen bed each. 2 seperate bathrooms plus a separate toilet, shower and bath. Huge lounge and a massive dining table for great meals and memories together.

With easy access to the CBD and surrounding areas, it’s a great base for exploring Invercargill and the wider Southland region.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
