Safety Features
Smoke alarms and fire extinguisher are provided for your personal safety. You will also find a small first aid kit and torch in the living room should they be required.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 7 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
House Rules
Small dogs are welcome with prior arrangement only (additional pet cleaning fee will apply)
The apartment is non smoking both inside and outside area.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Please respect others staying in the apartment complex and restrict noise between 10pm and 6am.
Entertainment
Fast broadband wifi is available for your use. You will find connection details in the welcome book on the coffee table.
For your entertainment, you will find a large TV including Netflix, monopoly, cards and books for the rainy day.
