Stoneybrook Cabins - Cabin 1
Stoneybrook Cabins are located on our family farm in very close proximity to Waimauku township, with great connections to wineries and Muriwai Beach.
Perfect cute little rural cabin for anyone needing somewhere to stay for a weekend or even a few nights, a great getaway with a lovely outlook onto fruit trees and farmland.
This cabin is located on the left hand side of the building, comprising of two rooms, one with a double bed, and one with the kitchenette, bathroom and a couch that folds out into a second double bed.
Basic kitchenette provided with a double electric stove top, pot, pan and basic utensils provided.
Large fridge, microwave, pantry, kettle, toaster and all cutlery/plates are provided.
It has been a very hot summer so we have just invested in an air conditioning unit which is in the main bedroom.
There is a nice lawn area with fruit trees right outside, a perfect spot for a picnic or relax on the table and chairs provided, feel free to move these outside if you wish.
The cabin is accessible by three small steps and car parking is available right outside.
House Rules
Air Con Unit – This is brand new and has been hooked up temporarily for now, please don’t change this set up unless required – we have a piece of wood in the door jam so it is still locked at all times. The unit is set to cooling mode, please don’t change this and just reach out if you have any questions.
Rubbish – Please use the two bins in the room the one on the left for general rubbish and the one on the right for recycling.
Shower – The water temperature can sometimes be tricky to get just right – please be careful you don’t burn yourself, and try to conserve water as best you can due to being on tank water.
TV – You can cast your phone to the TV to watch anything from your device, we don’t have regular satellite TV.
No smoking please.

The cabin features smoke alarms, and locking doors for security.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 3 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 3 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
