Our home has a relaxed feel, so fresh and beachy . The decks give yo u your own space to chill out, relax and chase the sun. Enjoy a barbeque on the back deck , and after dinner a marshmallow roast around the fire pit. A stroll to the estuary or beach is a must
Monty’s Cafe is close and you can enjoy the experience, with dinner and live music at the weekends.
We have a second home on this property that is fully accessible, and sleeps 8, combined with a sleep out we can sleep

The house has 2 TVS, Netflix . we have DVD’s which can be a fun thing to watch old movies. we have board, games, kids and adults books for reading. There are several outside lawns games for you to enjoy.
Nearby
The beach access is 50m from our house, as is the estuary access.
we have a local shop/takeaway at the beginning of the parade. Monty’s is our local, with great food an entertainment.
The Life saving club is at the end of he parade, and is staffed weekends and holidays.
Pukehina is a quiet beach, so we recommend you do not swim or surf alone. Both the Ocean and Estuary are great for fishing.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 30 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 30 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
House Rules
We want our guests to enjoy their time away , we do not allow smoking or vaping inside our home.
Some of our neighbors live here, so we require quiet by 11pm at night. Parties are not acceptable.
