Boasting a spa pool/hot tub, terrace, sprawling outdoor space, expansive views of the famous Shotover River, Coronet Peak ski area and the magnificent rural surrounds of the Wakatipu Basin, your stay is sure to be memorable.
The guest flat faces northeast, drenched in morning and early afternoon sun and is protected from the prevailing southwesterly wind.
Guests can enjoy their own private terrace and have exclusive use of the spa pool/hot tub. In addition they can enjoy sprawling outdoor plateaus, easily accessed by stairs and pathways.
The master bedroom has large wardrobe, dimmable overhead lights, air conditioning, bedside table lights, dual control electric blankets so everyone can control their perfect environment.
The second queen bed is a clever Tiltaway bed in the lounge/living room.
The large main bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet and there is a smaller WC/toilet with sink in the hallway ensuring comfort, privacy and convenience.
Our spacious, comfortable, well-appointed apartment and gorgeous surroundings have been enjoyed by dozens of couples for honeymoons, proposals, engagements, wedding accommodations, and elopements. With great natural light and tons of indoor/outdoor space for the entire wedding entourage, including hair, makeup, photographers, planners, etc., we’re happy to assist with surprise proposals, organise food, and more. (Fees may apply) We even have a garment steamer for wedding dresses and suits!
The guest flat is fully self contained with a private entrance at the far end of our large family home and there is ample parking on the fully fenced and completely secure property. The only shared facility with our main home is the driveway and the roof.

We will be at the unit to welcome you upon arrival and show you through. We can pass on local knowledge, tips, and recommendations to maximize your time in Queenstown.
We can enhance your and ensure you safely see all the sights with expert guiding services (hiking, cycling, kayaking, fishing, 4×4 excursions, wine/scenic tours). Additional fees apply for these personalized services. It is better for you (and for us) if these extras are arranged in advance. Subject to availability, we’ll do our best to organize the extras when you are on-site.
We are available throughout your stay for assistance if required and welcome you to make yourselves completely at home.
Kitchen & Dining
Full size, very well equipped kitchen with large fridge, Miele induction cooktop and oven, AEG dishwasher, all pots, pans, utensils to cook a gourmet meal. Table service for 4 people. 2 stools at the breakfast bar. Indoor table for 4-6. Outdoor table with umbrella for 4-6 people.
Bedrooms
The flat comfortably sleeps four in 2 queen beds. One queen is in the bedroom. The second queen is a Tiltaway bed in the lounge and stores in seconds allowing the lounge to double as a bedroom or as a living room. Both large rooms are air conditioned and have underfloor heating so you’re at the perfect temperature regardless of the weather.
Bathrooms
1.5 bathrooms. There is a large shower room with sink and toilet, plus a separate WC in the hallway for convenience and privacy.
Outdoor Areas
Enjoy the large, private spa pool/jacuzzi with great views of the Shotover River and Coronet Peak. There’s also an outdoor shower and a large dining table and chairs to enjoy breakfast or lunch in the sun. The table has a large sun umbrella if you want some shade and there are also 2 sun loungers for your relaxation.
Entertainment
The flat has a 55″ smart TV so you can log into your Netflix or other streaming account, plus we have the full Sky Sports and international news package to keep you well informed and entertained.

We are 10-30 minutes from literally everything Queenstown has to offer. We’re right on the extensive Queenstown Trail network and Shotover River. We’re 10 minutes from the Frankton shops, ZQN airport, and the lake. We’re 20 minutes from minutes to Arrowtown, Queenstown CBD and both ski field access roads. We’re 20-30 minutes from all six golf courses. You could not ask for a better location.

Guests may cancel their booking up to 60 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 60 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
