You won’t be short on things to see and do!
Kitchen & Dining
The main kitchen is modern with a spacious layout. It is well equipped with everything you need no matter the length of your stay and features an oven, cooktop, microwave, large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Tea & coffee supplies are on offer, also basic condiments and baking requirements.
The attached 3rd bedroom contains a well-equipped kitchenette, with a microwave and dishwasher and tea & coffee facilities.
Bedrooms
10 @ Wai Matangi offers 3 spacious bedrooms. The main bedroom with a queen bed has a walk-in wardrobe and a modern large ensuite featuring a luxury bath to soak in. Bedroom 2 just down the hallway, consists of 2 x king single beds and a small wardrobe with a bathroom next door. The third bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed, ensuite and walk in wardrobe, offering space and privacy again.
The 2 queen bedrooms have access to the outside decks & entertaining areas.
Bathrooms
Three bathrooms including a luxurious bath, giving privacy to all guests. Guests are welcome to use the body soap and hair products on offer in all 3 bathrooms.
Outdoor Areas
Adjoining outdoor deck and entertaining areas and a BBQ for those who enjoy the summer evenings, dining outside. And those furry family members will be relaxed in the secure fully fenced lawn area, and have plenty of space to stretch their legs.

The property consists of exterior security cameras, installed at the front door, front of property off the garaging & at the side door of the garage. These are for security purposes. Please rest assure I respect my guests privacy
Inside the house there are several smoke alarms, first aid kits and fire blankets & extinguishers.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 7 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
House Rules
Check In:- from 3.30pm Check Out: by 10am unless prior arrangements have been made with the host. Maximum 6 guests. No parties, events or disruptive behaviour is permitted. No visitors are allowed at all times without prior approval. No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes allowed in or outside this property. This is a smoke free property. No used cigarette butts are to be left in the house rubbish. Quiet hours are between 12.00am and 7am daily. No commercial photography and filming permitted. Guests must report to the host if anything has been damaged, broken or misplaced before departing. Extra keys/garage door remotes to be left on the kitchen bench on departure. ALL external doors must be locked on your departure. All windows to be closed and all lights & heating turned off, fire door shut. All guests must leave the house in a reasonable clean and tidy state on departure. Dirty dishes are to be placed in the dishwasher please.
Entertainment
2 x TV’s with chromecast for casting your favourite programmes. Several board games and books and a ping-pong table will keep guests of all ages entertained. Nearby the accommodation is a new disk golf course. Disks are available to use from the accommodation.
