We are within metres of the glassy water, boat ramp and the Pelorus Mailboat. Off-street parking for vehicle and boat. Full Sky TV connection, Fibre WIFI, bluetooth soundbar and smart TV. Stocked kitchenette. Complimentary continental breakfast. A short stroll to the central village, eateries, recreational facilities, walking tracks and tourist attractions.

Main bedroom has king bed, second bedroom has twin singles. The king bedroom has the ensuite bathroom. therefore its best if both parties are good friends or family.

The bathroom is ensuite to the main bedroom. It contains a shower, sink and toilet. Recently renovated. Towels, toiletries and basic medications provided.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 7 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
House Rules
No smoking inside please, Pets must sleep in their own beds. Pets not to be left on their own in the unit. Quiet time after 10 pm. Checkout by 11 am.
Entertainment
Smart TV, Fibre Wifi, Home theatre system, board games, books and tennis. Our smart TV has the apps. Bring your along passwords.
