Family friendly Berhampore Apartment with indoor pool and gym
Fabulous centrally located apartment with everything you need – explore everything Wellington has to offer with easy access to public transport and your own secure underground carpark. There is an indoor heated pool and gym/exercise room also available for your use, not to mention a balcony and courtyard. Make this your weekend destination or perhaps even stay longer! A short walk to the hospital and nestled in the heart of Berhampore with easy access to Island Bay and the CBD.
Kitchen & Dining
There is a full kitchen with a fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher. Guests can make use of the toaster, kettle, plunger for coffee, plates, cups and cutlery. There is a small amount of milk UHT milk provided along with tea and coffee. There is a table that seats six people comfortably along with two couches which both fold out. Additional pillows and linen are contained in the L shaped couch. The TV has Netflix, Neon and Amazon Prime and other smart TV apps available. There are some toys in the TV cabinet cupboard for younger children.
Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms in the apartment. Both have double beds, wardrobes and drawers. There are bedside lights with USB chargers and a clock and alarm built in. The larger bedroom opens out onto the courtyard. Both have block-out curtains and windows which can be opened. There is a highchair, porta-cot and camp stretcher in the wardrobe of the larger bedroom which would be the best sized room to set these up in.
Bathrooms
There is one bathroom in the apartment with a shower over the bath. Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodywash and towels are provided.
Outdoor Areas
The apartment has a small balcony off the living area which looks out into the olive trees in the courtyard. The larger bedroom downstairs opens up into the courtyard. There is a heated indoor swimming pool and gym within the complex along with an underground carpark. A small high table with chairs is available to use on the ground level.
Entertainment
There is a 55 inch TV with a chromecast including Netfliz, Neon and Amazon Prime, along with Freeview apps and YouTube. There are a few children’s toys in the TV cabinet and a small selection of books which is gradually being added to.
Nearby
Nestled in the heart of Berhampore, one of the southern suburbs of Wellington, the apartment is in the same complex as the Gramercy Bakery. They provide excellent coffee and arguably the best croissants and pastries in the Wellington. Sprig and Fern is also in the complex and is a family friendly gastropub which provides great food, craft beer and other drinks as well as trivia on a Tuesday evening. They have live music on Friday evenings with a 10pm closing.
Luxury Amenities
The apartment complex has an indoor heated pool along with a small gym for your use while staying. Access is using the blue security fob you use to enter the carpark and front doors. There is a secure underground carpark which is much needed in the sometimes wild Wellington weather. Unfortunately, there is no facility on-site to charge an EV however there are two public charging sites on Stanley Street nearby.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 30 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 30 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
House Rules
Unfortunately no pets are allowed. Please be mindful of other residents and keep noise to a minumum between 10pm and 6am. There is no smoking or vaping in the apartment. Please refrain from discarding cigarette ends over the balcony. It is of utmost importance that you replace the keys in the lockbox when you checkout.

There are smoke alarms in the complex along with secure entry to the apartment and carpark via the key fob.
