Kitchen & Dining
Seascape Cottage has a small kitchenette (not a full kitchen). This comes complete with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave / airfryer combi oven. It also has plates, glasses, cutlery etc, and a full sized dining table and two chairs with a stunning view.
Bedrooms
The cottage is a studio cottage, with a king bed. The spectacular view is available from the comfort of your bed. Many of our guests sleep with curtains open, so they can see the stars at night, and wake up to the spectacular view.
Bathrooms
Seascape Cottage has a small but lovely bathroom. It has a small shower, toilet, vanity, and heated towel rail. We provide luxury natural toiletries locally made in Marlborough.
Outdoor Areas
Your cottage comes complete with a 10m deck, so you can sit in the sun and watch the beauty of the Sounds. From your deck, it is possible to see local Stingrays swim past in the mornings. You can also view the interisland ferries traverse in the distance.
Nearby
The small but beautiful town of Picton is just 9km away (that’s about a 15 minute drive). Picton has many restaurants and cafes, along with a supermarket, grocery store, and shops.
It is also the base for many adventure activities in the Queen Charlotte Sound. Tour boats leave from here.
The town of Blenheim is a 40 minute drive from here – and is NZ’s largest wine growing region. It boasts numerous vineyards and wineries.

Your cottage has a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and basic first aid kit.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
House Rules
Our house rules are pretty simple – there’s no smoking or vaping on the premises, no pets or children, and we ask you to be considerate of the environment and other guests with regards noise.
