This is a fully accessible property with a lift, (sleeps 8 ) and accessible bathroom built to Accessibility requirements.
If you want to add more to family to experience, we have another house for rent – sleeps 7 and a sleepout 3, ( Total beds 18 )

Fully equipped kitchen , modern appliances, with a sea view from the kitchen. Dining room ahs a small fold away Ikea table & Chairs, with seating on the decks for 16 people on two long family tables another table seats 4- people

Monty,s is our local cafe, and bar, which has live music Friday – Sunday. Hosts markets days and food trucks.
The local dairy has take away at the beginning of the parade.
We are close to estuary events – we had a wedding there recently and we are near the Surf life saving club.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
House Rules
As we have neighbours that live here in the Pukehina Communiity, we endeavour to have guest that will considerate with noise and parking. we require quiet by 11pm and up to 7am
