Loyalty on your terms
You choose what coming back is worth: maybe 10% off a second stay, 15% off a third, 20% from the fourth onward. Or your own numbers entirely. The discount applies to your accommodation rate only, and when a returning guest books signed in to Bookably, it applies by itself. Your listings carry a Loyalty badge, so every guest browsing knows you reward returning visitors before they even enquire.
The economics only work on Bookably
On a commissioned platform, rewarding a returning guest means a discount on top of the fees you both already pay. On Bookably there is no commission and your guests pay no service fees, so the discount you offer is the whole cost of the booking relationship. Rewarding loyalty properly is something the big platforms are simply not built for. Bookably is.
Guests from anywhere count
Your returning guests did not all find you on Bookably, and that is fine. Host Studio now includes a loyalty card you can print and leave at the property: guests scan it during their stay, and their next Bookably booking arrives with returning guest status. You can also credit past guests yourself, or bring across an old guest list (we keep only a privacy-preserving fingerprint, never the addresses, and we never email your list).
And if you already have regulars on Bookably, their completed stays already count: some of your guests qualify for a discount from day one.
What your guests see
Nothing to sign up for and nothing to remember. Guests spot the badge while browsing, get a “Welcome back!” on the booking form, and see the discount as its own line in the price breakdown.
