The cottage features three comfortably appointed bedrooms designed to accommodate up to six guests. Two rooms offer generous king beds, while the third is set up with two single beds. Thoughtfully prepared for families, the home includes a selection of toys, books, and board games to keep children entertained.

At the heart of the home, the open-plan living areas feature comfortable recliner seating, flat-screen entertainment, and a dining table set for group meals. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped for easy self-catering, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, and oven, as well as a dedicated coffee station stocked with a variety of teas and hot drinks. A quiet study space with a writing desk is also available for those needing to catch up on work.

Step outside onto the wide timber deck to soak up the sunshine. Outdoor seating and sun loungers provide the perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon relaxation, while a picnic table on the lawn offers a scenic setting for casual outdoor dining. Surrounded by mature palm trees and extensive gardens, the setting is private and calm.

Located in Abbey Caves, the property combines rural quiet with convenient access to the region’s main hubs. Whangārei Town Basin, local shops, and regional transport links are all easily reached by car, making this an ideal base for exploring Northland or simply taking a restful break in the country.
