Serenity Farm Lodge
Welcome to Serenity Farm Lodge, a rustic retreat set on a working family farm in Omanawa. Surrounded by rolling green paddocks and peaceful rural views, this self-contained two-bedroom lodge offers an authentic country stay just 15 to 20 minutes from central Tauranga. Wake up to gentle birdsong, watch the resident house cow head out for morning milking, and start your day with a breakfast of fresh farm eggs, milk, and sourdough bread provided upon arrival.
Inside, the timber-lined living area provides a warm sanctuary. Unwind on the corner sofa beside the log burner, with firewood fully supplied for crisp evenings. For entertainment, the lounge includes a Smart TV equipped with a soundbar, Netflix, YouTube, and Wi-Fi. The adjacent kitchen features sage cabinetry and a central breakfast bar with bar stools, fully set up with a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and coffee-making essentials, including a Nespresso pod machine and plunger.
The lodge comfortably sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed set against natural wood panelling, while the second bedroom offers two King Single beds dressed in floral linens, complete with extra blankets and portable fans in the wardrobes. The modern bathroom boasts dark marbled tiling, a glass shower, and provided toiletries. A washroom houses laundry facilities, including a washing machine, clothes dryer, and wash tub.
Stepping outside, you have private access to a mineral spa pool set behind white privacy fencing—the perfect spot to soak while watching the sunset over the Kaimai Range. The second bedroom contains two King Single beds dressed in floral linens, with extra blankets and portable fans available in the wardrobes.

House Rules
Quiet time is 10pm – 7am. No pets and No smoking please.
Please check out before 11 am unless previously arranged. We don’t charge a cleaning fee; we only ask that you leave the Lodge tidy. Turn off all the lights, close the windows and doors, and leave the key on the Kitchen bench. Please also leave the beds unmade.
Safety Features
We have a smoke Alarm located on the ceiling in-between the kitchen and the living room. There are two fire extinguishers, one is located outside on the wall, next to the spa, the second is inside the house, just behind the curtain for the ranch slider on your left-hand side when standing inside the house. There is a first aid kit in the Bathroom mirror cupboard.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
