Check out by 10am – return the keys to the KeyNest located at Night n Day Convenience Store – 131 Hewletts Road, Mt Maunganui, Tauranga 3116, If you do not return the keys, your method of payment will be charged for the cost of a replacement and the time taken to organise an alternative

When using the clothes dryer, the cupboard door must be left open.
Recycling and rubbish bins are in the garage. PLEASE follow the instructions which are in the lift and the garage.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
