A cosy sofa offers a spot to relax after a day at the beach. Adjacent to the lounge is the well equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, and a central island with bar stools. The open-plan design ensures everyone can chat easily while preparing meals.
With two bedrooms, the unit easily accommodates up to four guests. The main bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom is perfect for children with two single beds. They share a modern bathroom.
Stepping outside, you will discover a BBQ, which serves as a social hub for sharing meals. It is the perfect spot to grill your catch, listen to the birds, and enjoy quiet evenings in the garden.
Positioned just moments from Dolphin Bay, this property is an ideal base for coastal adventures. You can easily stroll down to the water using the nearby walkway or take the track up to the trig station for views of the area. Kitchen & Dining
The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, double hob and fridge/freezer. There is a breakfast bar with stool seating. Polished floors flow through the open-plan area to the lounge. Sliding doors lead directly outside, making it easy to transition from cooking to dining.
Bedrooms
The unit features two comfortable bedrooms, ideal for hosting up to four guests. The main bedroom offers a cosy double bed set on warm timber floors, while the bright second bedroom is perfect for children with two single beds.
Bathrooms
Guests share one modern tiled bathroom. It includes a spacious shower.
Outdoor Areas
The unit opens out to a tranquil courtyard, ideal for relaxing and listening to local birdlife. Guests have access to a BBQ providing a cosy spot for casual alfresco dining. Generous off-street parking is also available, with plenty of room to accommodate vehicles.

Nestled in a coastal paradise your perfect beach days and breathtaking coastal walks are practically on your doorstep, just 50m along the road is a public walkway down to the beach at Dolphin Bay or cross the road and take the track up to the trig station for a panoramic view of the area.
It is just a 2 min drive to the pristine sands of Whangaumu Bay Reserve or 4 mins in the opposite direction takes you to Tutukaka village and marina where tours leave for Poor Knights or fishing charters. Tutukaka village also has petrol, basic food supplies, a cafe and restaurants
Golf enthusiasts will also love being just a 5-minute drive from the scenic greens of the Ngunguru Golf Course. There is also a cafe, takeaways and a convenience store in Ngunguru making this the ultimate base for your coastal escape.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
