Lock box is on entrance gate. code is 2561. Please keep dogs outside and pick up any poo off lawn. Absolutely no dogs on carpet. Please leave linen in front of washing machine in butlers pantry. leave house as you find it. Take any recycling and rubbish with you as we don’t have a collection. leave keys in door.
Safety Features
There are smoke alarms. if you use fire, watch for embers. firewood is supplied. You are off grid on battery. Do not let children into battery area. do not touch any of the solar array. the house is old and is not suitable for more than 6 or parties.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 7 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
