The apartment has brand new beds and furniture and furnishings. The bedrooms have blinds and curtains to block out the sun and combined with the comfortable beds, it will ensure a good night’s sleep. Coffee and tea facilities are are also provided.
If you’re here for the rowing it’s only a ten minute drive to lake Karapiro. And if your visiting from oversea its is only a short 30min drive to Hobbiton.
House Rules
We ask that you park in the unit 3 carpark only located at the rear of the building. If you do require extra parking, there is a small parking bay located adjacent to the building. No pets allowed
Please do not vape or smoke in the apartment including the balcony. No parties are to be held on the premises and as a consideration to the other complex residents, no loud activities after 10pm.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 7 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
